As someone who has “been there”, I strive to be a compassionate and dedicated mental health counsellor. My goal is to help you understand yourself better.

I believe that mental health is just as important as physical health, and my mission is to help my clients gain insight, develop coping strategies, and work toward emotional well-being.

With 6 years of experience either side of the room or screen, I work in providing guidance to those navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and relationship issues.

I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and person-centred therapy, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of my clients.

I deeply value the trust clients place in me and am committed to supporting them on their journeys toward healing and self-discovery.

My approach is holistic & empathetic, yet direct, recognising that every individual is unique and may require different tools and strategies for growth.
