At MindSpace, we are committed to providing affordable and accessible therapy for everyone. To ensure this, we offer flexible pricing options:
- Individual Therapy: £45 to £70 per session
- Couples Counselling: £70 to £100 per session
- Low-Cost Counselling: £30 per session with our senior trainee therapists
All fees are per session, and payment is collected by your therapist at the end of each session, either in cash or via electronic bank transfer.
We believe that everyone deserves support, and we are here to help you on your journey.
The length of sessions is 50 minutes and the frequency of these sessions is usually weekly and attendance on this basis is essential for therapeutic progress to take place.
At MindSpace we apply a 48 hours cancellation policy which means that in the event that you need to cancel a session, you are required to give 48 hours notice or you will be charged for that missed session. It is important to note that this policy excludes weekends.
Our centre is open from Monday to Friday (8am - 9pm) and Saturdays and Sundays (9am-5pm)
We understand that you may have a busy life and offer a choice of day, evening, and weekend appointments.
