I’m Nona, a qualified CBT therapist ready to work with you towards your goals. I understand how difficult it can be to take the initial step of making contact, especially if you feel stuck, and I am here to help.

I hold an MSc in Psychology of Childhood Adversity and a Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with Excellence. I have experience working in a range of settings including both primary care and private practice. I also contribute to the facilitation of an LGBTQ+ support group.

CBT is the recommended therapy for a variety of difficulties including, but not limitedto, anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, and OCD. Using CBT together, we explore how your difficulty began, and look for ways we can change your thought patterns and behaviours to help you feel better.

 

My approach to therapy is a relaxed one. You can expect a warm, non-judgemental space for us to explore your difficulties and move towards change together.
