Hello, I’m Kristen. I’m a Senior Trainee Psychotherapist currently undertaking my clinical placement at MindSpace Belfast.

I work predominantly as a person-centred therapist, meeting each client where they are at and allowing them to explore their inner worlds in a safe and non-judgemental environment.

The effectiveness of therapy relies heavily on the therapeutic relationship, and for this reason I provide a confidential space that is based on trust, empathy and unconditional support.

I believe that counselling should be accessible and affordable to everyone, and it is my privilege to be able to offer low-cost therapy sessions for those with financial concerns.

I work with a broad range of issues and I’m ready to assist you in working through whatever difficulty you might be currently facing alone.
