Jordan Russell

Counsellor & Psychotherapist

Hi, I’m Jordan!

I know that therapy can feel daunting, especially as it involves sharing personal challenges with someone new. That’s why, at the core of my practice, I aim to create a warm, non-judgemental and inclusive space in which you feel welcome and safe. Your well-being is my priority, and I am here to support you every step of the way.

My Approach

I work from an integrative model of therapy, drawing primarily from a humanistic approach. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship to foster greater self-awareness and understanding. Together, we will explore the challenges you’re facing and work collaboratively to identify and experiment with different therapeutic tools and techniques in line with your unique goals.

Qualifications

I hold a BSc Hons in Counselling & Psychotherapy from PCI College, and I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP), working towards accreditation. I’m passionate about professional growth and continually engage in further training to provide the best possible care.

Areas of Expertise

I work with individuals over the age of 18 and offer support for a range of issues, including:

  • Self-esteem and confidence
  • Anxiety and stress
  • Depression and low mood
  • Family dynamics and relationship challenges
  • Bereavement
  • Health-related issues

I offer online and in-person sessions, with flexible short-term and long-term options depending on your needs.

Thank you for taking the time to read my biography. I commend you for prioritising your mental health and taking the first step toward becoming the person you want to be. The therapeutic process is a journey, and it’s one I’d be honoured to walk with you.
