Jack Rogan
Counsellor
Hello, I’m Jack, an Integrative Counsellor offering a calm and supportive space where you can talk freely and be heard without judgement. I believe that everyone’s experiences are unique, and my approach is shaped around you such as, your experiences, your pace, and what feels right for you in your own time. I understand that reaching out for support can feel like a big step. Everything we do happens in your own time, when you feel ready.
As an integrative counsellor, I draw from different therapeutic approaches, which allows me to mould your therapy depending on what best suits your needs and what you want to get from your counselling is experience. This flexibility allows us to explore both the past and the present, helping you to understand thoughts and patterns, build self-awareness, and find new ways of coping and growing.
Clients often come to counselling when they’re feeling anxious, stuck, overwhelmed, or when they want to make sense of difficult emotions or life changes. My role is to walk alongside you through listening, and gently guiding you towards the insight and confidence that can help you move forward.
Through my experience of working in homelessness services, sexual health and counselling agencies I’ve worked with a range of clients facing different life circumstances such as, grief, anxiety, depression, addiction, low self-esteem, gender and sexuality.
I’m a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work in line with its ethical framework to ensure a safe and professional space for you to explore whatever you bring.
