I'm Hristina, a qualified Gestalt counsellor.
I offer a warm, steady presence and a space where we can explore different ways of expressing your feelings. My approach is a mix of gentle challenge and support, shaped around what feels right for you.
Here are some of the things I can help with:
Feeling torn or stuck: You might feel like you’re being pulled in different directions—by people, choices, or emotions. It can leave you feeling unsure of your own voice, what you actually need and what really matters to you.
Relationship patterns that feel familiar: You keep finding yourself in familiar situations with family, friends, loved ones, at work. You crave meaningful connections, closeness, and acceptance, but something keeps getting in the way.
Not feeling like you belong: You might often feel different from those around you. Maybe you change yourself to fit in, or withdraw to avoid feeling out of place. Either way, it can leave you feeling isolated, alone and unsure of who you really are.
Feeling overwhelmed or stuck in survival mode: Everything feels like too much, your energy is low, and efforts to feel better just leave you more frustrated. Nothing seems to help, and it is hard to know what to do next.
Working through trauma, loss, or life changes – Whether something happened recently or a long time ago, it might still feel like it’s living in you, making you feel stuck, disconnected or even afraid. We can explore it gently, at a pace that feels safe for you.
