My name is Greg, I'm an integrative counsellor and together, we'll uncover the hidden logic behind the patterns that keep you stuck and identify the moments where old survival strategies sabotage your present life. I’ll help translate those insights into practical changes, so you can experience meaningful progress without waiting for a distant breakthrough.

What you’ll notice in therapy is a clear path from insight to behaviour change that fits your life and values. I invite you to gain greater awareness of triggers and repetitions without judgment, so that you can start making intentional choices that reflect who you are today.
