In the heart of South Belfast, MindSpace is located on 587A Lisburn Road and 1A Wellington Park. 

Our prime locations makes it easy to get to us via public transport, car or on foot.

The Lisburn Road surrounding area offers plenty of parking options.

At MindSpace, we aim to provide a service that is affordable and accessible to all and with this in mind we provide flexible pricing.  Our fee ranges from £50 to £70 from our highly qualified therapists and £30 for low cost counselling from our senior trainee therapists.

The above pricing is per session and payment of which is taken by your therapist at the end of each session by cash or electronic bank transfer.

The length of sessions is 50 minutes and the frequency of these sessions is usually weekly and attendance on this basis is essential for therapeutic progress to take place.

At MindSpace we apply a 48 hours cancellation policy which means that in the event that you need to cancel a session, you are required to give 48 hours notice or you will be charged for that missed session. It is important to note that this policy excludes weekends.

Our centre is open from Monday to Friday (8am - 9pm) and Saturdays and Sundays (9am-3pm)

We understand that you may have a busy life and offer a choice of day, evening, and weekend appointments.
